  • Tax Identification Number (RFC)

If you request a tax invoice (CFDI), we may also collect the following information:

  • Business name or legal entity name (Razón Social)
  • Tax Identification Number (RFC)
  • CFDI Usage (Uso de CFDI)

We do not collect any sensitive personal data.

How Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?


For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data through different means, including:

When we obtain information from other sources permitted by applicable law.

Who Do We Share Your Information With and For What Purposes?


We inform you that certain third-party service providers may have access to your personal data when necessary to perform functions related to the services we provide. These providers include:

  • DHL Express Mexico, S.A. de C.V. – When you request home delivery services.
  • Fedex de México S de RL de CV – When you request home delivery services.
  • Estafeta Mexicana, S.A. de C.V.- When you request home delivery services.
  • UPS de México S.A de C.V. - When you request home delivery services.
  • Operadora PayPal de México S de RL de CV – When you make a payment through our website using PayPal or a credit/debit card.
  • Mercado Pago servicio de Mercado Libre, S. de RL de CV. When you make a payment through our website or at authorized payment locations.

These third parties may process your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the requested services and complete the corresponding transactions.

How Can You Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data?


To limit the use or disclosure of your personal information, you may use the following options:

  • Register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad), administered by the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). This registry allows consumers to limit the receipt of advertising and promotional communications from providers of goods and services.   • Request inclusion in our internal exclusion list to prevent your personal data from being used for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes. To do so, please send an email to ventas@microside.com.

How Can You Access, Correct, Delete, or Object to the Use of Your Personal Data?


You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the conditions under which it is processed. You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete; request its deletion from our records or databases when you believe it is not being processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements; and object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.
These rights are known in Mexico as ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection).

To exercise any of your ARCO Rights, you may submit a request by email to ventas@microside.com or deliver it in person at the address indicated in this Privacy Notice during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Your request must include: Full name of the applicant, Date of the request, A description of the personal data involved, The specific right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection), Signature of the applicant.
We will respond to your request within 25 business days.

Please note that if you revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, we may no longer be able to provide certain products or services that you have requested.
