- DHL Express Mexico, S.A. de C.V. – When you request home delivery services.
- Fedex de México S de RL de CV – When you request home delivery services.
- Estafeta Mexicana, S.A. de C.V.- When you request home delivery services.
- UPS de México S.A de C.V. - When you request home delivery services.
- Operadora PayPal de México S de RL de CV – When you make a payment through our website using PayPal or a credit/debit card.
- Mercado Pago servicio de Mercado Libre, S. de RL de CV. When you make a payment through our website or at authorized payment locations.

Your request must include: Full name of the applicant, Date of the request, A description of the personal data involved, The specific right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection), Signature of the applicant.
We will respond to your request within 25 business days.
Please note that if you revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, we may no longer be able to provide certain products or services that you have requested.
